The Trustees of the Denver Memorial Park & Playground Association own the Park and Playground. Which is made up of representatives from the following organizations:

The Park Association has been leasing the Park to the Borough of Denver since 1823. The Park Association coordinates the scheduling and use of the park facilities and the Borough is responsible for maintenance, insurance and coordinating long-term capital projects.
